Domestic Shipments
All orders are shipped via UPS within 1-2 business days, except for orders placed while we are closed for holidays and vacations. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for engraved items. Actual delivery times will vary based on method of shipment selected, and your geographic location. You can choose one of the three following methods:
1) Standard Service UPS Ground - $6.95 - This is our default shipping method. Actual delivery time is 1-6 business days, depending on your geographic location. Click here to see the ups ground Map Our Origin ZIP Code is: 10950
2) Expedited Service UPS 2nd Day - $14.95 - Actual delivery time is 2 business days.
3) Express Service UPS Next Day - $39.95 - Actual delivery time is the Next business day.
Canadian Shipments
All shipments to Canada will be shipped via UPS
Standard Ground Service - $11.95. Delivery time is 4-10
business days.
Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
International Shipments
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally. Please
return to Jewelkids.com for future updates.
Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible
for actual shipping charges incurred by Jewelkids.com. Once we
receive the package back, we will issue a credit to the original
credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost.
This does not apply to packages that appeared to be damaged in
shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address
provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping
charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address
provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges.
Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue
a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less
the actual shipping cost. Requests for packages to be shipped
again will be subject to actual shipping charges.
Returns and
Exchanges
Our 30 Day Return Policy
We hope your purchase has met your expectations.
However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to
offer a thirty (30) day return policy on all purchases.
To return or exchange an item, please follow
the instructions below:

address, telephone number, and reason for the return or
exchange to returns@jewelkids.com |

We will send a Return Authorization
(RA) number to your e-mail address. |

Secure your items and all of the
original packing materials, packing slip, in the original
shipping box or other small cardboard shipping box. Make
sure the box is properly wrapped. |

Send the package via ups or registered
mail, insuring it for the full invoice value plus shipping
charges. |
 |
Clearly print your name and address
on the outside of the package in the return area and include
your RA number. |

Conditions of Return
The item needs to be returned within thirty
(30) days following the shipment date of the order.
It is important that the RA number be written on the address label.
Packages without a RA number cannot be accepted.
Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent,
unworn and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will
not be accepted for refund.
Shipping, handling and insurance costs for the return are the
sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the shipping
cost if the return is a result of an error on behalf of Jewelkids.com.
Jewelkids.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while
shipping.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise the purchase price of
the merchandise will be credited to the original credit card account.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you received the item as a gift, you may exchange it for another
one of our products of equal value. Please send us the item in
its original packaging with the return authorization number written
on the address label.
